I don't know anything about her, but get the impression that she's the one that gets stuck with being the spokesperson on holidays and weekends.....Sorta like being junior and on reserve.

Amazing! I was under the impression that PHL sent all those bags to CLT to route them to their owner.

Now I am beginning to believe that they sent the bags to CLT because they know the CLT folks will show up and do the job! I agree this will put extra strain on CLT but Management knows PHL is not up to the task!

This is how our management fixes problems. They ignore the real problem and circumvent it......never really addressing the real culprit or issue.
