It has come to my attention that recently 3 upper level management employees were fired on the west coast for embezaling from the company over 6 Million, thats right Million dollars. There was a major scam going on to defraud the company by paying too much for equipment and paying for equipment that was never delivered. And what has happened to these three individuals. Nothing. No charges have been filed in criminal court and they were only escorted off the property by company security.Why am I claiming racial bias? Simple. These three individuals are Black. If it were three White employees that did this they would have been hauled off in handcuffs and quickly escorted off to jail but because these individuals are Black they are treated with kid gloves and the company is just going to write it off as a loss. This is racial bias in its purest form. I guess its ok to rip off the comapny if your a non-white entity because you will only loose your job.But if you are a white entity than there will be hell to pay. I will not let these three individuals go unpunished just because of the color of their skin. They STOLE from the company. This was money that was forcefully taken from us by both the company and the union and now they write it off as a loss because they dont want to prosecute.

Two of the three are black. One is of Puerto Rican heritage. You are absolutely right on point with your assessment. I hear the former Level 8 manager has hooked up with the former Manager of Automotive (retired) and are running a business that specializes in ground service equipment (of all things!). I believe the company uses the acronym E.L.S. and is run by a former AA bean counter who oversaw the purchase of gound equipment for the company (Dubruque?). Because of several pending lawsuits against these individuals, the company would much rather cut a deal with them to allow them to run off with the money in exchange for not testifying against shameful unacceptable practices towards employees they engaged in that the company condoned, that is, up until the company realized they were being played for fools by the aforementioned. The wife of one of the employees continues to work to this day in the hangar. I'm sure she serves a good eyes and ears for those scoundrels.

Exactly!.. And if it is true post where it is written or said that the reason no one was prosecuted was because of race.
Sheesh airlines employess will make up rumors and run wild with accusations in a heartbeat...

Well find it and post it quick, if for no other reason than to cover your ass because this thread you started is clearly actionable if you can't back it up! It's not the race thing that will get you nailed, it's the charge of embezzlement. You don't embezzle from stock holders then try to cover it up - that's when the big boys start to fall the hardest. You are accusing upper management of the commission of a federal crime, the accusation itself is a crime if you can't back it up - you need to clean up your trail on this one quick buddy!

I konw that the ring leaders last name wass (name deleted, you can PM if you want it) and was a station manager there at LAX. IF you want to verify it yourself just ask the MX peole at LAX while you are there.. Ive postyed the Information that I have learned. You seem to wna to learn more so go find out yourself and post it here as well.

Im sure he does considering that my lowly supervisor here in Nevada knows about it and his station manager also has heard about it..As far as i have heard the knowledgeof this goes all the way to Arpey.

There is nothing actionable in this post under California law. No reasonable inference to a named individual may be drawn.
