Could be, or it could just be because most of the TWU represented groups voted Yes and it was quicker/easier to remove it than change it to recognize the differences between members. I have no idea which but like I said, if the trust is terminated you should at least get your money back. I just can't see the Judge allowing money withheld from your check to be taken by the company.
