I disagree.  I think Boehner wants Obama to fix what he cannot get the House to do.  Besides, it's unlikely there will even be a law suit.

Tree, what have I been talking about?------ Under the Constitution, Obama doesn't have the authority to "fix it"! Again that's what the Law suit is all about! As for if that Law Suit will in fact happen, I can't see any way around it! ------- But than again, who the hell am I?

Boehner has a whole House full of Lawyers who think he can! ( Now there's a pun for you!) We'll just have to wait and see, now won't we?-------- And I'm sure that if it goes through it will end up in the Supreme Court. I'm sure they would "Fast Track' it also.----- Obama hasn't done so well there lately either! But I believe we'll have a decision on the government substaties before that happens, which would derail obamcare anyway!

And yet they do.  I am glad people are required to buy auto and medical insurance.  I have no interest in paying more than I have too for other peoples misfortune.

Not me! Auto insurance, for example is required in most states. The left pretends to "be a friend of the little guy" When who they are really friends with are the insurance companies and financial communities that bankroll their election.
 
You hear all of this bull feces about caring for the poor. Are Insurance premiums progressive like the Income tax? NO, they aren't so the "Little Guy" pays a higher portion of his meager wages to buy insurance and since many live in less then great areas their rates are higher.
 
Every policy I've ever bought has had an "Uninsured Motorist" charge. Let those who have assets to protect pay higher premiums and those who have no real asset other then the car they just totaled while you were texting and plowed into him make their own decisions. (It's called individual liberty)
 
If your net worth is negative or not higher then the value of the vehicle then auto insurance is a bad investment and a sure fire hardship.
