Forget Boehner! ------ Again, what part of the Constitution doesn't Obama understand? Laws are made by Congress! Not at the end of Obama's pen! The power to "Legislate" ( make laws) is given to Congress exclusively under the first Article, first section, of the Constitution. Not the Presidency! The job of interpreting those Laws is given to the Judicial Branch of the Government, again, not the Presidency! ----- His job is to enforce those Laws, and nothing else! He has given an oath to do so, but has chosen not only to rewrite them, but to ignore the ones he doesn't agree with!!!

Boehner has everything to do with this.  Boehner filed a law suit against Obama for EO's and now is telling Obama to issue EO's.  Seems a bit contrary but hey, it is US politics.

And yet they do.  I am glad people are required to buy auto and medical insurance.  I have no interest in paying more than I have too for other peoples misfortune.

Yes there is a law suit and the person who filed the suit has not told the person he is suing for issuing EO's to issue a EO.  You do see the irony in that right?

Someone should have sued Bush when he did it but strangely not a single republican did.  Odd.  Very odd.
 
According to Simon Lazarus you may be waiting for your judical relief for quite some time.  In a nut shell, he argues that Boehner has no standing and the case (if filed) will be dismissed.
