A little over a week ago he did want you to keep wearing them until challenged by someone from management.

You want the email?

I got it. Why don't you just tell the truth, it's ok because we all know it. It doesn't matter what he or any other eastie does. Until you have the Nic we will all be wrong, all the time.

You are not really saying that if, for whatever reason, Mike came to the conclusion that by encouraging guys to continue to wear the lanyard it could get someone fired he should stick to that anyway? Are you?

What was your previous screen name?

If you have the email, then reread it. Or post it even. The truth will set you free.

Previous screen name? What are you talking about. I'm brand new to these boards. I have been looking for a long time for a forum to discuss our different viewpoints.

Here ya go. I made the effort. If you would, I'd like your spin.

July 19

"We encourage you to continue to wear your union lanyard. If you are directed by management personnel to remove the lanyard, ask him/her exactly what special circumstances justify the Company's demand and whether they object to the message that you are committed to the safe operation of our airplanes. Ask if you are subject to discipline if you fail to remove your union lanyard."

Can't you read? I said I got it. I also got the one after that saying to put them away. I didn't agree with the first one, I agree with the second, so I don't really care what caused him to change his mind, he did and I agree. Things change, and so guidance must also. Is that clear?

It is good the Cleary finally came to the right conclusion. But his first instinct is usually always wrong. Instead of thinking it through, Cleary reacted emotionally and now looks even more foolish and weak. Yes untill the Nicolau is accepted and everything you guys do is to get DOH it is the wrong choice. Cleary and you east pilots are blinded by DOH and chose wrong.

Why did he not understand that forcing the issue was going to get someone fired the first time? Spring loaded to attack not think. That is why the west has not supported his recall. Making wrong decisions every chance he gets. Nothing better than a stupid emotional opponent.

Go back and read you post and see if you can see how utterly stupid it is!!!!!!!

In the west eyes he is an awful leader, always makes the wrong decision at first, YET you do not support his recall! That the west's problem. You cannot see beyond the Nic and tie everything to it. You claim that the east does the same with DOH, but you are wrong. We have staffed the other committees, we have safety concerns, we can separate DOH from everything else.

At least tell the truth. You don't want to be represented by USAPA. You want them to ignore an mistreat you so you can support DFR II. You just can't help but whine about it.

Well, one was voted in as a PHX domicile rep. Does that count? Our donations are our vote.

No. They may be a benevolent dictatorship, but still looks like a dictatorship to me.

The point, that you ignored, is that USAPA has methods that can deal with anyone that feels that they are an all powerful dictator. Does AOL? Of course not. It is a business(LLC), not a union.

BS

Why are no former ALPA experts (R&I for example) on any committees?

Well, a lot of those experts are not members. The rest, I don't know, do you? Are you saying that they are not used because they are anti-doh?

Do you agree that everything we do on the east is ONLY for DOH? Do you agree tbat every captain you have flown with has been on a job action?

No. They may be a benevolent dictatorship, but still looks like a dictatorship to me.

Actually, more like an oligarchy.

The point you ignored is that if we're not satisfied with the direction AOL takes all we have to do is stop donating and they'll go away. Your dictatorial union extorts money from us yet still fails to represent us.
