for April 21, 2006. the " Merger Update" is only berating the IBT's Union fund..How is this an Update on the merger. Why is it an Issue. some may have payments from an old pension, But there is not a Current IAMNPP in place at US or HP, and there won't be a pension easily given up by DP & Co.
What is the reasoning for them to bring this out as an "Update"??????
