It doesn't say which, so it's East metal. West metal flights have been marked as such in the releases.I can't find any info on which metal (east or west) will fly the route.

It is East metal. Flight numbers are 726/727.West does not fly to BNA.
How does this route demonstrate a synergy? They were able to serve several east coast and southern cities before the merger. Thoughts? This new route demonstrates one of several synergies born from the merger of America West and US Airways
Well if you read about it on the hub you will see. The flight from BNA to LAS will depart BNA at 21:00. The flight will then depart LAS for BNA at 23:50...it will be a Redeye. Great utilization of aircraft. As this plane just RON's now. With this schedule it will be back in time for the first flight out in the a.m. to wherever on the east. How does this route demonstrate a synergy? West flights are 1-699 East 700-? Express carriers even higherWouldn't that be a West flight according to the new flight numbering system?
I think it's east metal. As mentioned before, the flight # corresponds to a new east flight number. And, when pulling up the flights on the ETC, it only comes up under "US", not under "HP". It was probably a simple mistake in the press release.Well, just reading the Press Release, sounds like West Metal to me. Operated by A319 aircraft seating 124 passengers. At this point, the East A319's have 12 and 108 for 120 seats. So unless All aircraft will be reconfig'd by then it is West Metal.
If its west metal, where is the plane coming from? I also tried to find where it would be coming from in the east and its B737-300's from PHL and a 400 from CLT. They aren't gonna park that from 5am till 9pm.Well, just reading the Press Release, sounds like West Metal to me. Operated by A319 aircraft seating 124 passengers.
