Imagine tilton trying to explain that the company won't agree to a new contract because it requires BK exit by some time this fall...

To be honest with you I don't know if they have asked for snapback or not. I would think they have. I would also bet that the exit money would not be paid back by the end of our contract. Which brings us to why would a bank lend money when they see cost will go up at a specific date?

Everything will unfold this week. It is going to be interesting.
 
For all the reasons so aptly described by spacewaitress and gatemech --

please stand up to this management, BOD and creditors and say NO MORE!
