Not sure who is lead, but both are involved as is the pilots union, and to an extent, the manufacturer.

Both are involved in the investigation.

The front end was drug tested, flight attendants were not. Negative results on the pilots.

The entire crew finished the trip. It was the first leg of a 4 day trip for them.
