Right, I cannot speak for pre mergers, but I can certainly say that I don't find employees being rude or ignoring me in the terminals.. at all.got to agree with skyhigh on this one. I assume that skyhigh was US before the PI/PS mergers, and guessing that Itestwell came after.
And, hula, you state earlier that PSA employees are bitter, and have every right to be. I have never, ever seen or come in contact with *one* bitter PSA employee, ever. The bitterness some of our employees have is not "previous airline" specific.
