...However, we have to get through this and move forward and not let the huge events break us down. I'm disappointed as well at what I've seen recently, but there have been some up sides to things as well, but those have been overshadowed by the recent bad and that is human nature.

I read Candide in high school. I don't need to live it.

The best way to get through this mess is to immediately take out the trash (Shares) and put back a real res system (SABRE). This garbage masquarading as real res system needs to go away along with all those people in IT who convinced MGMT that they could make improvements and have it work as well as SABRE. We replaced an industry leading product with something akin to finger painting.
