You got to b e kidding me, right? Even the amfa supporters have seen the failures of amfa, they may not admit to it, but they do see. Also, amfa wasn't a threat, until it allowed the extent of outsourcing that it has...how's Alaskan Air doing on their inhouse heavy maintenance program?

• Step 2- Get rid of Dave Stewart
• Step 3- Burn the Kool-aid recipe Delle uses at his meetings.
• Step 4- Repeat Step 2, he is really annoying and likely to find a way to butt in again.

It will take a lot of work to undo AMFA's damage to our industry. Delle should be proud of his "union" reps at Alaskan Air...the first to allow 100% outsourcing! Well done you AMFA idiots.
