Please if your gonna say something, say something postive or contructive. What i say is my opinion at least i have an intelligent one.... Frankly the fact to dump me in the likes of piney is a compliment. He doesnt insult slam or bash. I can read his post as thoughtful and intelligent. Im glad you feel i bait you. Who are YOU that we should bestow upon you praises and honors. I happen to agree, your posts are nothing but provocoative inciting and inflamitory. Just recently you were found not to be an honest person but yet you still come on here slamming others like you’re someone special. Well I for one have difficulty responding to fliboi because his posts are pretty much incoherent and it is just too much trouble trying to decipher what he is trying to say.

Where we started a few weeks ago was with my comment that the company cannot succeed with labor and management viewing each other as the enemy. But that doesn't mean pure capitulation. It means both sides have to be sincere about wanting the company to succeed, not about getting as much blood out of the dying patient as possible.

Dave hasn't set the employees up to fail. He has set the company up to fail.

You seemed to have hit the nail on the head. Management has set the company up to fail. (Remember the old slogan..."To fail to plan, is to plan to fail" ?) The employees want the place to survive...this is evident by their agreeing over and over to "give" so it could survive. The front line employee is not charged with making a workable plan. They are simply to carry out the workable plan given by Management.
Management, because of their inability to develope a real plan, has turned to the employees again to provide the solution. After giving and giving... some of the employees just simply say "enough". Unfortunately, because of their actions, (some of)the employees do indeed look at management as being ONE of the enemies. Management looks at employees as the solution. This very well could be the straw that breaks the camels back.

I cant say management is 100% on the money but this isnt a management employee problem , dont you agree that there are things that we have no control over?
