I couldn't agree with you more.
I worked for U for 17 years and finally had enough of taking one paycut after another to support an airline that IMO doesn't have a chance in surviving.
U may get the concessions it needs but what about the price of fuel and all the other non labor costs that have yet to be addressed?
I now work for another airline that actually puts their employees first and plan on buying a home sometime in March. I may work harder and make ALLOT less but at least I don't have to go to work wondering when my last day is going to be, knowing that I have job tomorrow was worth quitting.
BTW... its been awhile have you been?
