That itchy feeling you have in your gouch is not the start of hemorrhoids, it's the size 13 boot that made contact with respect to scope and part-time.

PS "Dippy Dave" fits you like a glove.

And I’m the one that gets accused of taking things off topic?

Anyway Bob. I have pee stains on my underwear that I’ve had longer than you’ve been in the Company. Get out of the way when the Senior man wants the chair short timer.

Thats funny, I might think you are trying to condition them new hires in your gate house with talk like that. But I don't think they pay you no mind.

Bob I’m sure their are plenty of people who would like this topic to get back on track and I’m sure your family already insults you more than enough so.

Have a good night.

Weez,
Here's the thing, tim will push any UA scare tactics just to get his political agenda pushed forward. The UA peeps just don't know him well enough to spot the BS over the actual truth. We here at LUS know this tactic from tim very well. That's why he likes to say that he got the "nomination" from the CLT local but during the actual election he got trounced at CLT. Just like he got trounced everywhere else to the point he all but conceded. He knows better than to start spouting off his BS with us here, we just aint buying it anymore. An example is that he was totally wrong about our current CBA, and lost all his credability when it comes to "his" information about negotiations and what we can expect. I wonder if he has the same sheep on his ticket this time around?

under the current IAM contract LUS 7 weekly before outsourcing after a 1 yr period AA I believe its 23 In any new deal I would like to see LUS type but that's wishful thinking It cld be around 10 to 20 I would like to see all current mainline cities grandfathered in wishful thinking but that would definitely be great I think. enhanced scope enhanced benes enhanced everything this is the time period whereas the airline is making BILLIONS why should we give up anything. CWA took a cut when they lost baggage
The CWA did lose baggage service but they expanded scope into tens of airports where the LAA never had any scope because they were non union. So, I don't think it is wishful to expect our smaller stations to be grandfathered. Why should we sign anything less? We don't want to end up like United, for example the bloodbath in RDU, where the United workers are all gone from the ramp, and the IAM anti union stooges just signed a LOA to recognize United Ground to come into RDU sometime very soon. We have to stop this insanity that the IAM did at United, Alaska, McGee, and United Ground. You are correct in about 1 year, the TWU can have 4 more stations whacked. I think ATL, SAT, AUS, TPA. I think those stations are either on thin ice in their contract or under water as far as missing the bar of 25 flights a day (give or take a flight). I doubt we can secure our current scope to blanket additional stations but we need to grandfather all current ones. Why in the hell should we lose anything in this massively great environment? Unemployment is the lowest since December, 2000, economy is booming, jobs are everywhere, our company projects $10 billion next year, etc. This is a time when we ought to be enhancing our contract in most ways because bad times are coming again, sometime, when the company will start losing money (contrary to what Parker said). Supper is ready now!

Picket and rally against management and show a unified front with the Association partners and stop this bull shiat standing down crap.

Well he did try to fire something up almost a month ago on the UAL thread but it didn’t catch any fire.

With all the raises and improvements that have come about the last few years it’s going to be more difficult then ever I’m afraid for Tim to gain any traction or support.

I’m just not finding all these angry people out there a guy like Tim needs to game the system.

Haha
The mode this board is in lately, thought I would try and get back on topic. Hopefully we can get somewhere with our scope. Insurance and the other financial issues? We will see.

I guess Cat got everyone’s tongue?

CB don’t forget (I know you won’t of course) to remind the Suits and Ties in the room about this little tidbit from a few weeks ago. Should be good for some type of exchangeable value at least?

Yea CB, and while your in the room, tell them to kiss my ass...there should be some value in that as well!
(at least for me) :)

AUS and ATL are not at risk.

SAT, STL, and SJU, however will be at risk. My suspicion is the company will hold out a bit until a new JCBA is by 9/16/18 there isn’t a new agreement ratified.

Of course, WeAA is going to come along and say some TWA guy got awarded a STL transfer from MIA and NYer will have the TWU audited flight activity.

But do know that it’s based on a semi annual reconciliation with January 2013 as the baseline (despite DOS being in 09/2012)

And back when the scope was seven departures the company cut one PDX-DFW flight to permit contracting out, and LAA passenger service at PDX was MQ, eventhough everything was mainline. (LAX-PDX is new within the past 18-24 months)

Tim when ATL became mainline again after the company's disastrous outsourcing wouldn't they have learned already? secondly given these day in age whereas the airline is a multi billion dollar profit youd think given DP statement that he does not expect the airline to lose money the association should definitely go after grandfathering in all current mainline cities

Corporate greed just gets deeper when companies make more money. Its twisted but thats why we gotta fight. These arsehats want our health care. Dont ever trust management.

Robbed it’s absolutely ridiculous to think that our Negotiators didn’t start that conversation on Station Staffing with every single Airport in America that an American Airlines owned or operated Jet flies into should be staffed with TWU or IAM Mainline employees.

We should at the end of the day want even more than Grandfathering. We should demand at least the same Flight activity language that the PSA has. Those Stations already have an in-house AA Management staff if they have AA agents so they can easily expand that below wing as well.

Despite Tim thinking all of our Negotiators are nothing but a group of pin heads asking for little to nothing in his mind.
