Well avi I just got a call from a friend and was given some news about our Picket here in MIA that made me VERY happy to hear.

I don't think the Company is going to be too happy about this one here either.

Doubt it will be the company, more like your union.I still don't know what their picketing outsourcing or pace of the negotiations. Remember ""The Wild one" ....."what are you rebelling against?" Brando's answer "what ya got"

Why would you want a contract anyway? What happens if we agree to AAs scope? you might be working with the Weez or even Bob permanently

They're upset they're not being directly represented in negotiations.

We also have more restrictions on where we can picket, the official area is off the main curb and away from the passengers. In the past, we've tried to get closer and in small groups, we were allowed but when it becomes a disruption they move us away.

I thought the Weez was kind of representing them . Weez said he was going to get a bullhorn so that might get some attention...briefly....

He received 90 out of 1249 votes the last election.

He's the only one that thinks he's representing anyone.

His niche is to criticize.

agree with albert simply the general public doest care about the signs and the company isnt red faced. I agree it might make some members warm and fussy. If anyone is not happy with working why are you here. .....just something to think about.

They're not being directly represented because the President of that Local did not want to be a part of the Negotiations once he won his position and there was an opening for him.

He did want to get on when there was no spot for him and when that didn't happen he stamped his feet and had a Barbie Tantrum and was never interested again (Unless someone begged him)

And have you quantified who the "they're" is when you speak? I'm absolutely not upset in the slightest.
