Nope darn near 40 years now and never saw anyone get terminated who didn't more than deserve it and who wasn't given multiple chances. I did see worthless criminals get their jobs back though but eventually time caught up and they were jailed or worse. Of course I can't speak for LAA though

If your read between the lines, he's actually saying, we knew the iam contract was going to be extended another year, and those iam guy's love their medical and officer salaries. we'll save the money paying the iam difference in medical again, by not giving twu holiday pay , and charge them even more this year for medical to subsidize the iam. the best part, it screws both unions in the short and long term.

depending on which way the hot wind is blowing, we is for the iampf, the iam medical and telling mx to stuff it. doug is easy to figure out, he was raised by Crandall, and knows what he's going to do/pay for, and doesn't have the dislike for labor as much as carty/horton. even single manager knows how dysfunctional the association is, they got what they needed in cross utilization and the raises, cleared their conscious a bit.but right now they think of the negotiators on the same level as car salesman and real estate agents due to the association. why should the meet more than once a month. i'll say it until it sinks in, the association is about iam.
