Actually, you've been quoted as saying: "Three Locals I consider to be the best sources for almost immediate information are 513, 514 and 568."

Also, you don't go to Membership Meetings, you don't follow them on Twitter, Instagram or are on either of their two Facebook pages. Tough to get information when you're stuck on blogs talking to Title groups of which you're not a part of.

Actually my personal preference as a dues paying member of Local 568 is the E-Mail blast usually without fail sent out by my Local President when a news item of this magnitude pertaining to our Union occurs.

I'm personally not interested in joining any more Facebook Group pages (I'm on enough already) I don't do Twitter or Instagram and as far as the Membership meetings it's entirely my prerogative if I wish to attend them or not.

No, the Website suites me again just fine and the often extensive E Mail blasts continue (Except at this moment) to receive a Grade A + keeping me informed for my convenience.

Does this imply that you will be joining a ticket or team soon in the future to gain a crown?

Why, yes, I am.

Shhhhhh....don't tell anyone. It's still a secret...been in disguise so no one recognizes me.

Yes, at this particular moment in time, the "entire World" does revolve around just us, the American Airlines Association membership who are battling for an industry leading contract. If roles were reversed, you can bet your bottom dollar all eyes would be focused on the bus drivers and their prospective contract needs.
As for his age, he took on the job knowing what lay ahead and I'm pretty sure he knew his age. From what I'm hearing, his age had nothing to do with his "retirement',(your spin) it goes much much deeper than that. And yes, chaos is a correct term. Either you know it and were told to be quiet, or you're just throwing chit out there and seeing how much of it would stick.

There, I fixed it for you. We ALL, (Fleet and MTC), are battling for an "Industry Leading" JCBA.

moreover
2.
Status Quo.
As section 6 expressly provides, once
a section 6 notice has been served,
neither side can change
the status quo. In Detroit & T.S.L. R.R. v. UTU
, 396 U.S. 142,
153 (1969), the Supreme Court defined the status
quo as “those actual, objective working
conditions and practices, broadl
y conceived, which were in e
ffect prior to the time the
pending dispute arose . . . .” Neither side
can change current practice under the prior
agreement, whether or not the practice is refl
ected in the terms of the written agreement,
until all of the bargaining procedures of the Act have been exhausted.

The expiration

Correct. And the Section 6 language you shared was absolutely applied, TO the LUS Members who were already under and protected by a Collective Bargaining Agreement that under the RLA does not expire but only becomes amendable.

Can you share with us who applied a Section 6 opener, a CBA and who was representing the LAA Agents prior to them voting in to be represented by the IBT/CWA?

Question: Did LAA Agents when they agreed to be represented by the Union automatically become part of your ongoing CBA?

Actually, my point was Lombardo bailing on his TWU membership at this very critical time. And informing W that yes, it all revolves around us at this moment. I might add as well that I prefer not to use the word Association as I think it's a joke. But yes, your point is well taken. The members of IAM and TWU are battling for an industry leading contract.

Ok seriously let me ask you this then. If the rumor was 100% true and Harry went off on Alex in front of the Company and the IAM, and Alex ran off to his office closing the door leaving Harry to yell "Alex you need to get in here, I don't know anything about this S***"

That's the guy you're concerned that bailed on us?

Retired
Forced out
Ramrodded
Played
Got tired
Went loopy
Whatever?

Now let's ask these questions. Did Harry ever work for an Airline? Where did Harry work in the past? How many different types of groups does the TWU Represent? How many different contracts are in the TWU? Do you think he knew all the little details and nuances of our contracts? Who are the people on the TWU side in there who do know those details? Does the IAM side count in this conversation? Will John Samuelsen know all the little details? Do you think he's planning on walking in there and putting his foot down? Do you think maybe the direction is already set and Alex Garcia has informed him?

Just seems to me when it comes at least to our Negotiations some want to make a Mountain out of something that might not be even a molehill on this issue?

BTW another rumor floating around out there was that Harry went off on Sito at the IAM Convention.

Whatever the circumstances when my time comes to retire American Airlines will still probably be flying planes and still telling people about which flights are critical.

Life and the Airline will still go on just fine without me.

Didn't bail. Was removed.
