JCBA Negotiations and updates for AA Fleet

If you're right, WHO are going to be the people who get overrided?

On the maintenance side I can tell you with 100% certainty if President Peterson was put in that position there will be a video. And a few of our Fleet Presidents just might be vocal about it too?

But I really don't believe the intention is to override anyone if that could be avoided.

But I guess we're back to talking about that Medical Gorilla in the room again aren't we?
Override the negotiators make them bend I think it's quite obvious I just want to see if anyone on the negotiation team gets pissed and comes forth.

Well, the "leaders" of the TWU and IAM first formed the Association without membership consent, then the pay raise which allowed cross utilization and then stretch the time to top pay...
After all, the international owns the contract.

So if I get this right you're saying that you want to see if they'll stand up for their principles and integrity over their positions?

But how would you really know what they're personal feelings are if they did claim to support the agreement if maybe you don't?

Confucius say?

Do you think the pay raise was a bad move on their part? Bad move on the Association or the Company's part or both?

Weren't they having some "issues" in Maintenance before the raises?

Who's to say all of them will support the agreement . Weez as I have said before if I'm a negotiator and someone steps in I would be pissed and I don't have that big an ego. Do you want a manager to reposition a beltloader you just positioned and do it in front of thousands of people?

Al I have faith in my TWU Negotiators who I've heard have no problem unanimously with the Leaders stepping in, therefore I also have total faith in my Leaders to do the right thing as well.

You don't sound like you have as much faith on your side and as I said before, there's nothing I can do about that.

I think the pay raise was good move. My point was that the unions agreed to it without any input from the membership. So maybe the "leaders" can nudge things along...

Sounds like he is saying he want's to see how many "Sean Spicer's" there are on the negotiating committee.

You'd tell your team you didn't mind your manager repositioning the beltloader but you'd be full of chit. Jerry Glass

It was a good thing for us but it had to make negotiations more difficult for the company

Faith hmm if the company didn't give us raises (and it was the company) we would be still be in this drawnout tug of war a stalemate where nobody wins.
