Im baaack. I never worked with the weasel, so it is secondhand, but according to numerous sources, he simply isnt the best worker.

At any rate, do we get the new pay on august 5th as i said or was prez correct that there is a 10 day delay for all lus folks? In my video i challenged that but prez said i was incorrect and that we, for whatever reason, wont see new pay effective until the 15th??

I am telling you that our support person told me I had to wait until after his 1 hour show was over to get supplies for the aircraft? I called him a few minutes before it started (he did not want to miss the beginning) and I got it several minutes after the show ended (it took him time to gather the supplies and send them to the dock).

Are you doubting we had a bus driver driving less than 2 hours a day in 8 hours?
 
Are you doubting we had a crew chief (who's job it was to check the docks) refuse to leave his office? He was an example of UNION seniority "entitlement" at it's finest.

And those guys all have like 35-40 years.

You might have a point  if that 35-40 year employee had developed a skill or expertise over his career (like say from an apprentice electrician to a journeyman) but that is not the case here.
 
What value do you think that 35-40 years represent from an employee that took an unskilled entry level job and made a career out of it?
 
That 35-40 year employee adds no value simply because of his time on the job. Not from an employer point of view.
 
Do you think that person does the job any better than someone who took the job a year ago?

Third flight in a row I'm loading 100 bags in the back. About 120 degrees in this belly. No complaints but I "earn" my pay.

Let's be realistic. You receive 70k in pay and benefits (referencing your claim) working a non skilled entry level job that anyone can learn to do in a month.

The original loa had first day of new pay period but this week we told the company that their letter said immediate and now the loa has 8/5/16. In other words, it was changed to 8/5/16.
