So if I calculate right, I get $5.78 raise come Monday bringing me to $30.17 and in September a bump of .63 bring me to the total of $30.80.
Would this be correct Tim, NYer, W?
There is no more 2.1% for this year and the longevity is rolled in...the next 2.1% will be September of 2017.

you took a lot of heat from weaasles who said there was zero chance of this happening after you posted it yesterday. Do you want to share how all of this came about? As always very thankful for your truthfulness and your willingness to look pass a few individuals who like to bust your balls. Can you let us know how all of this took place?
Parker realized he had a problem when the side bars revealed that the TWU and IAM simply are not on the same page, and that this JCBA will take a lot more time than he could have imagined. So management called a sidebar early this week [negotiation committee had no clue about it either btw] to find a way to extract wages out of the JCBA talks, and get us our money. Believe it or not, there was some resistance with the IAM. Thankfully, the TWU put pressure on the IAM and got us our money. I could tell you the pressure that the TWU used but I would be diming out Ned.

that is incorrect. You get $30.17 now. Your next raise is September 2017.

He did, but a union rep here at work just told me what filter said. No Sept adjustment but will be in 2017 if no JCBA

Thx ny'er. Because we are in mid of a pay period wouldn't the new rate begin the following mon?

Depends when the agreement is signed, it could begin on a certain date regardless of the pay period of they could count it at the beginning of a particular pay period. Usually, they just go with the Date of Signing (DOS).
