A raise that brought us to the level of others, not a raise that broke through uncharted levels.

Right now, we're ahead on wage by 1%, going to $36 would put us about 18% ahead of everyone else.

Actually that last big raise in 2016 was around 24% catching us up. But I think at best the number Colonel heard would have been at the end of the Contract not on DOS.

If it was on DOS I’d want to know what farm we’re selling for it?

Just my opinion, but I find that highly unlikely that some LUS will be paying cheaper healthcare than ALL LAA employees once a JCBA is reached. And if 36-40 means Fleet making $36-$40 per hour, I would definitely question that.

That really does sound unlikely. I can't see them putting a proposal like that to the LAA people. It would get laughed at and goes against having one work group all in the same deal. I guess in some ways they could give the employees choices such as pension or 401K, but other than that I don't see employees having different benefits. I'd like to have the cheaper health care.

if the 36 to 40 is top out I would ask how long til that? do all the topped out folks go from 30.17 to top or would the company say 1 3 5 or 10 etc? At what cost would it come at?

Admittedly, i aimed at high even though im almost certain we will win. But if I lose, i lose nothing and at the least it should make the incumbents more accountable. You gave up your health care though. You just dont know it yet. And i want you to vote for the same dude who stole your pension as well. Drive the 50 miles then you can officially say that you gave up your health care and pension and voted accordingly.
