You need to focus on the extra funds for your health care for your children. Otherwise, ill decide when to lift the postponement. You will vote for the same guy who stole your pension since you tossed your health care at the feet of management. I am not mad at you, you know not what you do. Next time, dont sit down at home, i want you to go vote against me and vote for the dude who stole your pension.

Tom will decide when to lift the postponement guys.

According to my friend at my old station in Charlotte, an IAM union guy (forgot his position) said to him those who have healthcare with US now, will be grandfathered in. All other employees and new hires will use AA plans going forward. He also said pay was being negotiationed between 36-40 and some stations will be opening up. Take it with a grain of salt but I'd thought I'd pass it on. It would be great news for my station if accurate.

Just my opinion, but I find that highly unlikely that some LUS will be paying cheaper healthcare than ALL LAA employees once a JCBA is reached. And if 36-40 means Fleet making $36-$40 per hour, I would definitely question that.

Absolutely preferred to talk about rumors rather than the kook and his key people everywhere.

I doubt it. I can’t see how one group would keep a better medical cost over people that will be working right next to them (TWU). Granfathering though can be possible but I still doubt it?

Between $36 to $40. No way. Maybe $35 to $36 at the end, maybe? Maybe?

Anyway thanks for not calling your friend a key peep.

Again take it with a grain of salt. Who would've thought weekly pay for all work groups and 16% 401k would be a talking point? But it's part of the conversation so I wouldn't doubt it. Anything is possible at this point.

We agreed twice within the past week...WTF?

That may be what they hope to accomplish, but it seems destined to fail a vote if it turns out to be accurate.

Six dollar raise was a shocker, so who knows.

Definitely not a key peep Weez lol! Rank and file just like us. I agree 40 sounds extreme. I was thinking 35-36 myself. The grandfathering point surprised me as well.

A raise that brought us to the level of others, not a raise that broke through uncharted levels.

Right now, we're ahead on wage by 1%, going to $36 would put us about 18% ahead of everyone else.
