Filter does that $2.09 override only apply if you’re topped out?

Just kidding.
I need to check my paystubs. I did a lot of D1 jobs after 2003 and was topped out. I do not believe we were ever paid the same as a regular CC, if that's what I'm hearing.

As far as I know it’s $1.50 period if you’re only D1 and are not a bidded CC.

.59 cents per hour more to accept crappy shifts, days off, complainers and a new patch on your shirts.

That's what I thought, W...and your description is pretty much spot on.

Get this NOTOK. Next bid will be the first bid in my career that I have more seniority than my CC. (6 Months)

14:00 to 22:30 Sat Sun. (Yes I prefer afternoons)

This is from the letter...from March of 2001

Those employees who became Crew Chiefs after February 29, 1992 and who are at maximum pay or will reach maximum pay during the duration of the Agreement will receive a special premium equal to the difference between their current rate plus the override and the appropriate crew chief scale at maximum. For example, a Crew Chief – Fleet Service Clerk at maximum pay is paid a rate of $23.25 while a Crew Chief – Fleet Service Clerk who is at maximum pay and who accepted a bid after February 29, 1992 is paid a chart rate of $21.16 plus the $1.50 override for a total rate of $22.66. That Crew Chief will receive a $0.59 per hour supplement to bring his salary to equal that of scale $23.25.

This basically states the overide is $2.09 for a topped out employee...Attachment 4.2...

Filter note the term “Accepted a bid” and “Are at Maximum pay or will reach Maximum pay”

Meaning they have to be an actual CC not a D1 and also had to be at or gain TOS to get the full $2.09.

They still pay it this way in DFW and have being doing it for years...actually had a conversation about this exact letter with Taber and Angelini about 4 years ago...

Come to PHX and you will have higher seniority than 95% of the leads and 90% of the rampers... and not just because you are old.

I also need to make clear that CC that are not topped out only get $1.50...I think there is a misunderstanding about this...

I know. Was it you or Robbed that sent me your seniority list about two years ago now?

Psycho where I’d sit there with 22 years. I’d even be one of the more Senior CC’s too.

Only problem is it’s 135 Degrees in January there. No thanks Jester.
