But 16% wouldnt be the same exchange for fleet.
Remember a 16% base on a pilot who makes $250,00] is $40,000.
16% on our base would only be about $6,000.
So its not an equal exchange rate.

Yes it is too late to change most of the things that would have caused him “legitimately” the most concerns as a Local President representing this Membership here, but again it’s good that he showed up finally to maybe begin to get involved as that is what I’m paying him to do.

I was told at the Union meeting yesterday when the Members were told that he was finally on his way they also issued a round of applause. (Seriously)
