So what do LAA get as a offset, and if LUS keep the IAMPF, what additional offsets are LAA getting? And to refresh my memory, what video?

"F" the pay between other companies, what about the differences just between LUS and LAA FSCs, how long has LUS enjoyed x2 rate on holidays, the savings in the cost of medical, and and the continued contribution to their pension. That's probably why they're going through the current exercise and if it is, don't be surprised if some of the items mentioned in these pages as being an issue, like the pay compared to DL rather than UA, the deicing and maybe even the catering is somehow modified to turn current "no" votes into "maybe" or "yes."

The city certainly can contract Out with AmericanWhen PIT and PHL built their Deicing pad US Airways mechanics staffed it I was informed.
So that information alone should tell anyone that your “guess” on what could occur in ORD is doubtful.
Besides why would the City want to add further to their own employment rolls?
No if we accept and vote out Deicing work it’s AA who will hire and contract it out to a vendor to lower costs and limit their personal liabilities.
NO.
^^^prior to the company video^^^Makes sense. Superfly said the "Take it or leave it" offer will extend LUS health care one more year, and compensate catering by opening up PHL and CLT cargo.
Not that I agree. CLT and PHL cargo would only be about 150 jobs, whereas catering is 500. The IAM can toss in fake numbers and say it is a wash and that those 2 cargo centers will equal catering but it clearly would be about half the work. But catering is gone as the company pulled that off the table just recently.
And extending LUS health care one more year is basically just a $1,600 bonus check, right? But it appears that management believes a deal is likely and that there is nothing more to give. You wouldn't get that by reading the Associations blistering letter. This should all be considered hearsay and for entertainment purposes only.
I'm losing money and company is saving money when comparing my iam pension with only a 5% 401k."F" the pay between other companies, what about the differences just between LUS and LAA FSCs, how long has LUS enjoyed x2 rate on holidays, the savings in the cost of medical, and and the continued contribution to their pension.

Company contributes 5% on all pay with 401, only contribute up to 40 hours in pension.
As of the final offer, company wants out of pension. I do too.
Im surprised cities would take the liability, if something goes wrong, wow...Not a goddamn thing. Welcome to the boards. Have fun.
Anyone have an idea on how many jobs/manhours are dedicated to driving for either carrier?
They definitely are moving to pads; that’s part of the huge infrastructure plan for ORD laid out a couple of years ago.
Not sure about the City working it, though.

Weez wake up step up to reality we have 50,000 more employees than.a competitor that takes in almost the same revenueFreight should be in addition to Catering and even expanding it out to other cities.
I think Airline Management has already shystered enough of our work in the last 30 years already.
