Al you must have missed it because the Mods deleted it but that POS started talking about Rats daughters. He’s REALLY pushed it too far.

Now again I know this is all just a Fcking joke to you Al and I don’t mind a good laugh pretty often myself but this is starting to lose its humor now.

And I’m not pissed at you but yea you and I don’t think the same way. But I do try to respect you more than I think you respect me.
Didnt see the post it changes things. How am I disrespecting dod I call you a moron or something show me where and i dont mean the silly you and rat healthcare chit

Weez come on any melt down was staged by J Glass and your boys went for it.Vice pres of labor relations storms out, indeed
Sito dropped F bombs. Thats a fact. The company isnt in position to hear potty mouth.
Superfly did say they would give another year to lus healthcare and i announced that last month...but the morons didnt listen. Then the company announced it on their video and then the union said that the video contained things not previously seen. But these things were seen here in my comments as superfly seems to know his stuff. And the last nugget is phl and clt cargo as compensation for catering. Then thats it. Period. All according to superfly which should b taken as hearsay and entertainment only.

Forget it Al.

Fair enough Weez but YOU are the person who tries to dominate every thread.YOU are the person who has had a run in with virtually every poster on here. But I still like you
Bingo!
But, at this point, i love him rallying his twu peeps in our support. I have no prob with weez since i secured a new election presumably for next April, and Alex is supporting the stall. Lets continue letting weez kick our can down the road! For us.

Sure. Buyout offers inside the contract or outside the contract?

What’s your opinion?

Either completely separate from a T/A, or craft language into the contract that allows a set amount of EO's annually. For example, at NW, we had language that allowed for up to 100 every year. Part of that included bridge medical.

Pairing a one-time offer with a T/A opens the door for a lot of junior people getting hosed.

I like the idea of having an absolute set amount yearly but I hired on at 30 and might not be able to take advantage of it till I’m 70 if they only offered 100 a year. AA is pretty big now.

What was the minimum age and years to bail back then Kev?

Have to have medical bridge

I always thought a 60 to 65 with X amount of years of service to qualify bridge is fair. Big Corporations aren’t letting us escape at 55 anymore that’s for sure.

Obviously I’m ok with the sound of 60 and 30 years, lol.

The original run was 1000 spots to help mitigate furloughs from BK. Any leftover from that original pool could be used by people not affected. After that, it was 100 spots annually, in straight seniority order. You got double the normal severance allowed under our CBA.

I didnt talk about anyones daughters. I talked about the healthcare. Weez is the one losing it. I think all of us lus are fine with the negotiations being put on ice until september, considering we really dont see the need to sacrifice. And sybil aka weez is back on our bandwagon supporting our healthcare and alex' decision to double down and demand lus healthcare for twu as well. THAT was a pleasant surprise and a gift to us. If only weez said the same things on FB.
Its nice for weez to kick our can down the road for us but it will be ALOT nicer for him to do it among his own people. Ill give him the All Nelson Award for that!
