Well it seems to me that the final nail in the coffin is coming quickly to AFW  sorry i meant to say TAESL , the news is probably right around the corner of being released officially.
Well at least 38 of them can could go to Miami that is if they arent to late already on adding themselves to the Miami transfer list.

Very sad to hear that Jet.  The rumors are traveling around again about some outside hiring by SWA again.  Spread the word to watch the web site for any openings.  I think they will have to hire once W/A goes away at DAL, just thought maybe some of the guys may not be able to relocate to keep job.  If I see the posting I will try to send out a heads up.  Good luck to you guys at TAESL.

Just gotta LUV this feature:-

So there's truth to the rumor?

Source of this rumor or just more unfounded speculation?

All 737 CFM56-7's & 767 CF6's are overhauled in Tulsa, the future of the 319's, 321's, NEO's & 787 GEN-X engines is up
in the air. The CFM56-5's QEC kits (319) are installed in Tulsa, and we were told last week that a test cell adapter has been
purchased. The first 321 spare engine had its QEC kit installed in Tulsa and the 2nd is due in the fall, the first GEN-X spare
will also be here in the fall to have its QEC kit installed. If a decision for the future overhaul or check & repair work on the new
engines has been made they have not told us but the purchase of tooling is encouraging

The 319 engine had an address on it other than Tulsa.

Thats not how the process works and you know it. IF there is a rif in tasel or tul. They bump the junior stations. Which certainly are NOT DFW/DWH. Nice try at stirring the pot!
Am I to understand that with the TWU, if I were to get bumped, I'd have to bump the junior person in the station?  Or the system?

And that I would have to take that A-25 QAM test I saw on the AA training site to do so?

Just ask the guys from AFW. Many junior guys at DFW, but they were not allowed to bump them.

Yep. Plenty of senior guys displaced or on the street. While junior guys are still on the payroll and complaining here at dwh/dfw. Nice job twu.

Yep. The bump and roll would cost the company too much money. Looking out for the company and not their members. That's how the TWU operates.

WTG TWU!

Vote the worthless union out before this TWU/IAM Alliance Abortion happens!
