I think most of you missed my point, I assumed the vast majority od AA employees had little to no knowledge of America West and just thought I'd show them the culture and where most "West" employees and their management came from.

I know another little airline based in Dallas that has had 40 straight years of profitably, never a layoff and no bankruptcies.

Not sure the "never a layoff" is entirely accurate, between the closures of DTT, DEN, SFO, BPT, a call center or two, most of the Morris cities.... but I digress...
