The IAM scope language in the contract with the Passenger Service Agents at Southwest is very good
Something we all should strive for hope the IAM leadership can hold onto this language in all 142/141 contracts excluding UA of course

In regards to Southwest scope
You better hope some of the IAM senior leadership talent negotiating/ bargaining that IAM-141 has will see it’s way into IAM-142 Fleet Service
 
Fleet is not in 142, that would be mechanic at related at US and CSA and Res at WN, and a few other airlines and companies.
 
141 is Fleet at US.
 
And 142 is more solid than 141.
