IBT vs IAM

The MX Trainers have their own seperate agreement, they are not under the mechanic and related contract.

Go ask Al, he is the one in charge of handing out the contracts.

See there you go again, posting about things you have no idea about.

The Maintenance Training Specialists, represented by the IAM reached a deal with the company.

And when you start negotiating with US while they are in chapter 11 and how they knew the judge would rule in their favor, then maybe you will understand.

And if you look around ALPA, AFA, CWA, IAM and the TWU at US all ended up with a raw deal, not one union got a great deal for their membership.

As a matter of fact look around the industry, ALPA, AFA, CWA, IAM, IBT, PFAA, TWU, and AMFA all have taken a beating at the legacy carriers.

But since you are a self-proclaimed expert on everything when it comes to unions and the airlines, I find it difficult for you to actually comprehend the truth and learn something.

I never said or implied that the MX Trainers were under the Mechanic and Related contract. And what has that got to do with the FACT that the west MX Trainers have had a copy of their contract since September 2005??? Nothing!!

I told you before, I did ask Al. I still don't have one. Then you spew some crap about me not being union or an east employee and that's why I don't have one. Make up your mind. What's the real reason?? We may find out more than we have been able to see so far???

I would suspect the reason is you are not in a union nor covered by a CBA at the present moment.

No, I'm not at the present moment. But what about the mechanics that are?? As I said, the MX Trainers have a copy, I'm sure that the FA's have something, as well as the pilots.

Go ask Al why they don't have a copy as per the CBA the company is responsible for each employee having a copy of thier respective CBA.

I'm sure one or more of them have or they will. And they do have a copy of THEIR CBA - IBT contract.
And this is the last beating that the dead horse will get......but this all goes back to the Single Carrier Status and the existing contracts, etc. remain until.........

AND I STAND BY MY STATEMENT THE VOTE IS ON!
The IBT Will Post It When They Have The Total Number As A Fact!( The Total Not Just 35%, JUST FOR YOU DIE HARD IAM BOYS )
I got this info from DC From SOMEONE CLOSE TO THE COUNT And Has The Known Legal Votes at 35%!
funny...IBT petitioned to eliminate stockies and utes from the vote...hmmm

also petitioned NMB to let the cards keep coming in after the cutoff date of the 13th feb..(as per NMB rules) until U provides all signatures.....

Fred Says seems like someones altering the vote to make up for a poor card return......

Fred Says like he said before....they can't make the 35% with out splitting class and craft....

remember:

FRED SAID

Sounds like Fred is expelling from the wrong hole again

IBT would have no issue in splitting stock and utility from the mechanics if they thought they had overwhelming numbers in cards.

IBT would have no issue with needing the deadline extended if they thought they had overwhelming numbers in cards.

Sounds like Fred's right on the money here.

Fred Says why then is IBT trying to have the NMB rules bent to favor them then if they have such a numerical advantage over IAM in cards then?

Bent? Why stop just because the NMB would be satisfied, keep going to make sure everyone is satisfied. You know the "climax" theory. There you go thinking of yourself again dell LOL. :)

because rules are what you operate by...not bending them to suit the case of the day.

did i get any spunk on you?

LOL......aaah yea....that's what the IAM does. I'm sure the NMB will play by the rules, ask Fred. I'm thinking this is a new situation for the NMB considering all the possibilities that are occuring with this merger. Merger, Small vs Large membership, acquiring company, 2009 plus vs section 6, yada, yada, yada. :)
