Why ask one member to give up anything , you set base pay at
Delta plus 3% and allow AA to give cola's at their discretion.
Your way splits the membership even more then it is, my way
directs the blame at American. Having the adjusted pay in the
contract will bind any needed future adjustments, just like the
four % raise that every employee received accept TWU represented
employees. AA's reasoning was that it may delay the association
from negotiating in good faith. That was a classic BS response

3:30 to 11:30 Monday through Friday

Archie (chil) don't care how people get a little extra just trying to find out if certain people in certain places would have any problem with it?

And the 4% was a BS response along with a lot of things Parker has said around the Country it seems.

I have ZERO reason to expect the company to do the right thing anymore. The honeymoon is over IMO.

How many people who live in cheaper cities would support those who don't getting just a "little" bit more money than them?

I feel like a Dentist right now trying to pull out people's teeth.

They won't give you an answer until they one day possibly get "relocated" to a high cost area,  due to downsizing, re-aligning or outsourcing. Then you might get your a response.

If Fleet makes less or outsourced the company will give them the cost savings and increase mechanic's pay and benefits.

You can't peg everyone into the same category 700. That's not fair and I don't support it because I have some very good friends who are Mechanics.

They're actually getting a pretty big kick out of what I'm doing on here. They don't support that elitist mindset.

Read what I posted, I clearly stated "elitist mechanics", not every mechanic falls into that description, unlike the posters here.
