Can you please tell me if you people are so unhappy on not having a union, what is stopping you from quitting your whining and get a job at a union company. No one is forcing you to stay at Delta. If you lost your Delta job today, it would be hard to find a job that had all the benefits you have, yet all you do is complain. 99.9% of the people in the U.S. would take your pay and benefits right away, but you still complain. The DOJ is impartial (or should be). I expect them to look at this from every possible angle.

What I do know is that someone (or some people) intefered with this election process. Right now the only known evidence of any concerted effort to do so has been from a few anti representation FAs...

I just happen to believe that it won't take very long to realize that your belief that the company is even the least bit involved in sending in fraudulent cards is proven wrong.

no, Kevin, DL did not send its employees' employee numbers to the IAM. As difficult as it is for you to admit it, there were at the minimum DL employee insiders who helped the IAM and it is possible that they also defrauded the cards. It is also very likely to be shown that the IAM knew full well what was going on at DL even if it involved pro-union employees.

You have repeatedly had a mindset of "they are out ot get us" and yet your believes have been repeatedly shown to not be based on facts.

I'll do cartwheels for you if DL is found to have doctored the cards and not the IAM or its employee supporters which might have been non-DL, non-IAM employees.

Who was in possession of said cards before submitting? IAM
Who supposedly did the verification of said cards? IAM

All the DOJ has to do is contact people who's cards were forged and ask them if they submitted a card. When they say no, IAM is cooked.

I haven't looked, but I'm guessing that if there is some fraud involved on the part of airline employees (whether they're pro-union or anti-union), a federal conviction for that fraud may very well be a 10-year disqualifying event for SIDA badging.
