As for the IBT their track record isn't all that terrific either.

Well Bob I sure hope you get more than Envoy passes in any kind of settlement. If Wolfie, Gangwal, Cohen, Seigel, Crellin et al can line their golden parachutes like ol' Roachie has done then surely you can get a bit more out of them. I'd make sure that Envoy seat came with a "No Bump Guarantee". That way you can look any of the former and current execs and their "family" in the eye and smile when you take the seat they were planning on.
