IAM second vote

I have time in multiple classifications.

And like I said, the job is outsourced, but keep trying.
And names on here.....

Outsourcing? Is that similiar to being sent to the cornfield...permanently?

Hey 700, have you missed me? Just funnin you tonight.... Have a good evening and week....

The great thing Bob is you are just a passenger who has to butt into every topic and what is so great you don't matter when it comes to the the unions and what outcome happens.

You are nothing more then a common b&e who is proud of your actions.

Guess you never took the business and ethics class have you?

The IAM will do its own speaking when the time comes.

And no charges have been filed, why is that?

Since you know it all, tell us, enlighten us and enrich us with your legend in your own mind status.

I think it is relevant as you all are criticize the IAM for a 2nd vote and you ibt did the same thing.
Did the IBT accept $1 million in order to mount a campaign to convince the members to accept the proposal?

Just have to keep posting your accusations that you have no proof on and put it on every thread that is not even relevant.

Ironic how you have to keep doing that when it does not even concern you.
An injury to one is an injury to all.

Why are you posting misinformation?

ALPA, AFA, CWA, IAM and TWU at US got fees reiumbursed for financial experts, lawyers and lost time.

Just like the TWU did at AA, ibt did at CO.

There was no bribe.

Where is the misinformation? Just because others took money doesnt mean that its disinformation to point out that the IAM did, and they were the first.

Did I say bribe? No, I didnt have to but as anyone can see call it what you will, its still what it is.

The TWU is a company union that accepts a $3.1 million bribe from the company every year over at AA. So? What are you saying? That since there are crooks over at other unions that everyone should just lay back and accept it? You guys have the opportunity to hold the crooks who took your money accountable by voting them out, why not do it? Even if you vote in new crooks they will treat you with more care because they know that you guys might vote them out too.

Therin lies the dilemma for the ramp workers at US. Stay with the IAM or go with the even worse TWU, if I were in their shoes I would push for the vote and decertify. What do they really have to lose? A union job that doesnt pay any more than the average job? Big deal, decert at this time is the only path to options. If the ramp worker at USAIR compares his present pay to the adjusted pay they were getting prior to the IAM would they be better off or worse?

What year did the IAM come in at USAIR for Fleet?

1995.

You may want to be an employee at will, but at US when that happened in 1992, US devastated the employees wages, benefits and working conditions, that is why they unionized.

And how is that any different than what they did over the last couple of years? The only difference is that now they pay dues.

What was the topped out Fleet service rate without a union at USAIR?

What is so bad with being an Employee at will when the company can pretty much do whatever it wants simply by threatening to go to a BK judge?

Dont get me wrong, I strongly believe in unionism, but we dont have it in this industry. We have business unionism. You are a typical example. You have stated on numerous occasions that what goes on at your place of work has nothing to do with anybody else, but true unionists know thats not the case and that such thinking is in fact anti-union. The fact is that workers in this industry do not have unions, they just pay dues.

we got the idea for a second vote from IBT.....

they set the precedence...

I don't recall anyone mentioning members being confused...
IS THIS THE WAY THE IAM IS WHEN ALL THE TRUTH IS IN FRONT FOR ALL TO SEE! TELL ALL TO LOOK THE OTHER WAY... 🙄

Precedence Set Game Match.

SOMEONE SAID THIS: THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE IF YOU GO LOOKING!
