Hayden is an idiot who must be replaced !All, JEFF has no clue about what is going on. Kind of like the IAM in general. He was at our Class II station attempting to push the YES vote. When we called his uninformed push, he got pissed at all of us and told us we were wrong. WE SHOWED HIM in black and white where HE was wrong. HE HAS NO CLUE. He wants nothing more than a Union Job and will stop at nothing to keep it.
Clearly you had no understanding as to what they were trying to do for you! Hayden wasn't the only one who wanted a "yes vote"!Hayden is an idiot who must be replaced !
Listen, I've dealt with Hayden face to face, and he is a total puppet. He does what Armedio tells him to do and nothing more, in return, a promise for a position in the $100,000 dollar club. When confronted with an educated question, he stammers and babbles like an idiot. Don't trust a word he says. He's just looking out for himself and not the membership.

I truly believe that you underestimate the intellectual minds that support Jeff. You are under the assumption that because they sided with him that they are sadly misled. You insult those individuals by that statement. Do you not think that they have a mind of their own. There is a number of individuals who supported the "yes" vote who are quite intelligent. They tried to explain their point of view. They did not only care about their jobs, they took everyone into consideration. Could it be possible that the individuals who were planning to vote yes and then decided to vote no and disagreed openly amongst others and not to Hayden's face...could they have possibly been misled? Hayden did not try to sell out PHL. I can only assume that the reason why he thought he had a lot of yes votes is exactly what you had indicated...is that individuals would agree with him and then turn around and fall victim to peer pressure. So sorry if he thought that people were good to their word, I guess he should learn to read minds as well.Goodoleboy-
I agree that Hayden ''wasn't the only one preaching the good word'',
but, Yes they could be and IMO are wrong. Hayden did not have a lot of
supporters for this agreement. Maybe 3 or 4 other people at most. I know
of at least 3 people who when Hayden was among them, supported him, but
as soon as they were among others openly disagreed with him. Now before we
judge them to lack a backbone, I asked one why he was doing it and he said
basically if he went against Hayden he wouldn't be able to keep an eye on him.
So, do I believe him, not at first but then I heard him talking to people and telling
them why to vote down this TA...He got out alot of No votes. Now do I agree with
them for how they handled it is another topic. They did what they thought they
needed to do and it worked only 65 out of 881 voted Yes thats' 13 no votes for
every yes vote. I do look at the people who supported Hayden and I feel they
were misled by him as to the possible upside to voting this down. Hayden even
now doesn't see why it wasn't excepted and should he decide to run for ''The
Grievance Committee Chair'' come Nov., he could face another loss. Remember
PHL-he was never elected to the position he feels is HIS but appointed by our AGC
at that time. We (majority) wanted someone else but he was pushed aside for
Hayden and if you work in PHL you probably know who I mean. PHL has a good
or great local lodge president and should seek his input in the direction they need
to go. Boland doesn't go with the Canales' of the world because of thier titles',. He
fights for the right choice reguardless of the IAMs recommendation. So Randy if
your listening he didn't like this TA one bit and it showed. So THANK YOU to all
who voted (yes or no) it showed you cared about your jobs. Ohh and Hayden you
showed you cared about YOURS !!...you tried to sell out PHL. He guaranteed Randy
Phl would vote this in by at least 600 yes votes. I'd put your resume' on hold cause
that union job doesn't look good....
Thanks
