I will not vote for anyone that is likely to get the nomination.

Sanders or Kasich I will investigate further if they somehow do.

An independent or third party candidate who wasn't a complete whack job maybe.

The rest of the crowd doesn't pass the smell test, even from this distance.

IOW, I am not going to just vote "for" the lesser of two evils. If I vote for anyone, it will be a vote "for" them.

Yes, not voting is a valid choice, and a valid expression of ones' preference. It can also be apathy, or laziness. In my case it isn't that. I just refuse to vote for someone I can't actually vote "for".
