All have the right to have their claims seriously investigated, and for the facts of the case to speak for themselves.
Must as the accused has the right to a fair and impartial and thorough investigation and trial.
That is not exactly the same thing as saying that everyone who says that they are a victim of anything being automatically "believed", but is exactly what everyone is entitled to.
Numerous cases in the news both ways. Brawley, the Duke boys, the recent Rolling Stone campus rape story come quickly to mind.
I said that sexual harrassment and rape are obviously real. They are also obviously wrong. They are also not the same as consensual sex, even if one person is in a position of power. Are people who chase rock stars, basketball players, politicians, rich people, ceo's, presidents or congressmen or other celebrities all really "victims"?
They do exist... Always have, always will.
If Bill is guilty of rape, or sexual harrassment, so be it. He should be prodpsecuted and any real victims vindicated. I'm not defending him, or Hillary. Some of those women willfully and eagerly engaged in an immoral sexual relationship with a married man. Are they "victims", or are they "perps"?
In a PC world where personalities and party loyalty matter more than principle, maybe...

I would be saying the same thing. Both parties are entitled to a fair, thorough, impartial and comprehensive investigation.
My daughter is very nearly the classic paragon of virtue, but she would tell you that the very few times she teied to pull something or get away with something or deflect the blame for her own actions, (very few...) that I was the first to take a detached impartial view of the events and if necessary call her on her personal responsibility for whatever happened.
That is personal responsibility, it is not "blame the victim", so don't go down that rabbit hole.
