There is a difference between wearing the flag as a shirt or bandana and setting it up upside down and walking all over it.

Is there? The only place my flag flies is on the pole attached to my front porch, with a light on it at night. If the light is out, the flag is taken down. I also have a small one that flies off the back of the Fatboy when doing memorial rides.

I never have even considered putting an American flag or any replica of the American flag on my sweaty head, chest, back, or under my feet.

But if you choose to do that, more power to you. The 1st is your friend .

"Decorative:

The flag should never be used as clothing, bedding, or drapery. Red, white, and blue bunting may be used as decoration instead, with the blue on top, white in the middle, and red below.

The flag should never be part of a uniform, but a flag patch or lapel pin can be part of a police or other uniform.

The flag should not be used to cover a statue or monument.

The flag should not be used to cover a ceiling.

Advertising banners should not be hung from the same staff as a flag.

The flag should not appear on napkins, boxes, or other disposable items, nor should it be embroidered on cushions, handkerchiefs, or similar objects."

Didn't say I would wear the flag. Just meant walking on it was even more disrespectful. Shows outright hatred for America. I agree with your proper flag etiquette. Not many people follow it.

Thanks Zom. Many people don't get it. They think that if they have American flag boxers made by Trump China, hugging their sweaty balls, they are real patriots.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

Same here. One on my front porch, and one as a patch on my work uniforms.
