The "Savings Plan" Agreement said "The Company agrees that in the event Railway Labor Act Collective Bargaining results in the establishment of or participation in a 401(k) Savings Plan for other employee groups and employer contributions are provided, such contribution will be provided to mechanic and related employees."
So yes that was a "me-too" clause that should have been automatically triggered when The TWU Represented Flight Dispatchers recieved a company match. The Company disagreed and then lost their case arbitration.
