Fleet Repainting

I'm sure ac 620 has them on seniority, and I agree with chock- it should be done by seniority, I mean, that's all those planes have is their seniority, right?

They are done on seniority, but not DOP (Date of Painting), but LOS.  The oldest serving paint gets redone first. (Except for Star Alliance...our good buddies that we not love to hate...they get blasted off like so much graffiti.)

Not quite sure still what the deal will be with new deliveries. Time will tell, I suppose.
With all references of *A supposed to be gone by the 31st of March, will the *A logos on all the a/c just be covered up by OW stickers?
probably have some fleet service folks use some rollers and Sears Latex white. That'll do.
Cheers.

It's 99.999% going to be standard AA, with a sticker "Operated by US Airways"

This must be why it will take a few months before new deliveries on PMUS will still be in the current US livery:

i this airline so poor that they cant repaint the plane!!!!! i wounder if it still had the us airways seats and logo inside the plane?

but on the side note its nice to see US Airways finally in HKG!

Why?

Hawaiian flies their 717s from HNL to MIA for overhaul.

They put extra tanks inside the cabin.

And all airbus narrowbodies come from Toulouse or Hamburg to all over the world.

As does Boeing narrowbodies come from Washington go all over the world.

You do know Qantas has 737s and they fly from Washington to Australia.

Yes they do make stops.
