Geez Dell I must have missed that part when I read the COTUS.
Possibly there is a copy of COTUS much like the Dead Sea Scrolls,Invisible ink is my best guess.

Tell me it ain't true.
They require a permit, then tell you that you can protest some 5 blocks away from the protest target.

You have a right to freedom of assembly as long as you file for a permit and aren't denied.

But if you want to require a permit to own a gun...that's TYRANNY.

Well...because there wasn't a video of Ferguson as there was in this case.  Second - if it was just loitering - why they hell didn't they just say "just move along"?   I had heard NYC was tougher on crime....the death penalty for loitering.  Good job.
The fact is that store owners called the cops. If he didn't resist, there would not have been a death. Yes NY is tough on crime but the police are losing their powers because the villains are becoming the victims. But look at it anyway you want through your goggles!

Loitering?  What happened to Freedom of Assembly? Was he on private property? If I want to stand on the street smoke a blunt, sell individual cigarettes NO ONE is having force initiated against them, they are merely living as they chose harming NO ONE. Get rid of the dumb assed laws and two men are alive today. It really is just that simple.
Well he was in front of businesses, conducting his own business. I see NO LOITERING signs at practically all businesses. So freedom of assembly my ass when you are on private property.

Do you REALLY consider loitering to be "villainous"?

One of the 'many' problems is the fact that the police are hesitant to enter danger zones.
East LA, EPA for example.

When they come to 'help'  they get pummeled by the local populace.
The LA riots should teach us a lot of who is in charge.
Just the fact that blacks are targeted more often than other ethnic groups might be because they commit the most crimes. EH?

Sidewalks are NOT private property. Sorry. Try again.

In more rural areas the road past your house has an "easement" which varies. However if it's wide enough that a cop car can hide there, even though it's in YOUR Shrubbery there is nothing you can do to prevent the cop from operating a speed trap.

Thanks for play "Tyranny is Everywhere" Carol Merrill has some lovely parting gifts including the at home version.

What does signals think about the Italians loitering in front of the supper clubs in New York?
Since it comes from you, I don't consider your statement racist. On the other hand there are no supper clubs in my side of NY.

Do you REALLY consider loitering to be "villainous"?
Do you think that this would have spun into the situation it did if Garner didn't resist?

Really? Keep justifying the villain's victimless crime.

They don't do it much anymore, it was a proven health hazard. Many died of lead poisoning.

Shouldn't have to in either case. And its tyranny in both cases.

If there had been no law regulating the sale of loose cigarettes, would anyone know Eric Garner's name? The short answer is NO!

Anyone of us could find ourselves in Garner's shoes due to a run in with police over a petty, nanny state "crime". Think about this the next time you're detained for a routine traffic stock. You get a bit mouthy and next thing you know it's your saying "I Can't Breathe"

Yes...but having to get a permit to own a gun is reason enough to rise up an fight for your rights.  FAcing arrest for standing on a street without a permit is best dealt with by just listening to the cop and doing what he tells you.

Nice.

If we move back to Ferguson and Mr. Brown, If I recall he stole some "Swisher Sweets" a cheap cigars used to smoke pot. Known as blunts.

In the Ferguson Incident had Pot been legal there is an extremely good chance we would have never heard of Michael Brown, Darren Wilson of Ferguson.
I think you're missing something here. Mr. Brown committed a felony by using force against the store owner when he was caught stealing blunts. Even if pot were legalized doesn't mean that it would be free.
