FYI, Well how you do your job is nothing more than your own opinion. Based on how you over react and rush to judgment on something you know little about in terms of real facts, tells a bigger story of you, and how you would be to work along side.

I have read what is purported to be the OP4, but I cant not say if it is, or not. I will wait and let the 31R investigation run its course and not convict someone without the facts.

I've sent an email to THB in regards to the incident involving our treasurer, but the response I've received from her didn't mention anything about what I inquired. Only thing she said was that it was indeed a "professional standard" matter. I just don't understand how could this be a "professional standard" matter since she was using a company previledged benefit and on a personal travel getting intoxicated, assaulted a flight attendant and caused level 2 threat? If it would have been one of us, we'd be fired, jailed and still being jailed awaiting for arraignment on federal charges. I've written her another email, but haven't received anything from her yet.

You feel you would have been fired jailed and still waiting arraignment. Exactly how long would the investigation to terminate you have taken? Exactly how soon after would you have been jailed? Had it been you, how much longer would you be in jail waiting to be arraignment?

I dont think you will hear anything "offically" from APFA until this matter is concluded. Again-we are in the midst of a CONFIDENTAL 31r investivation of an alleged Rule 32 violation.....the only parties to talk to the subject are those involved or approached by the company to aid their investigation..

I voted for THB's slate (except for the TWA F/As I voted for, we all know who they are).

I consider myself an independent. As I read the last Skyword, which may very well be propaganda, I found myself wondering, "what would JW have done?"

My answer is not as much as THB.

Yes, the woman loves commitees, but she has formed some coalitions for the greater good of us all.

We are not in the same situation as the strike vote of 2000.

I find her to be quite pro-active in the realm of what we are facing.

CHL deserves a fair shake, rather that being strung up on the cross, like on this BB.

As I have said, CHL was on one of my flights and DID NOT behave that way at all.

I can totally visualize an IDF crew (pro-JW) interacting with CHL and the politics that might bring.

I can see how this might have gotten out-of-hand both ways.

This was posted on the 4m yesterday about the incident on the EZE-DFW flight....
Looks like it was resolved in CHL's favor.



Here's the latest rumor that is circulating. Since I am out on a 3 day trip
and unable to do it myself, would someone please contact Leslie Mayo at APFA
to address it. Rumor is....... That Cathy Lukensmeyer has been found the
victim of a "vendetta" and therefore found not guilty of any charges in regard
to
an incident reported on a flight from EZE in May. That she will not receive
any punishment or have any steps taken against her by AA. Has there been
verdict? Has the investigation come to an end? Is this true? Leslie Mayo wants
to
hear the latest rumor and she has promised to address each and every one.
It's time for her to inform us on this matter. She doesn't have to violate the
comfidentiality agreement by informing us if AA and APFA considers this
matter closed.
