You're right on the money. John Kerry changes positions WAY too often. He's now saying that "life begins at conception." When his supporters blast him for that statement, then he'll revert to pro-choice speak.

John Kerry should constantly be shown on a split-screen, because that's how his thinking works. Kerry will actually be for something before he's against it (and vice versa). You can't have it both ways, ketchup boy!
Kind of like the way Bush was linking Saddam to Osama before Gulf War II and NOT linking afterwards. Which is it? Regardless, this president has done more to alienate this country from the rest of the world, gave a Christmas present to Al Queda by invading Irag by providing an open place for more terrorist to organize, and outright lied to the American public about WMA's. Now you radical right people can say what you want, but WHERE ARE THEY!!!! You have no proof. It was a lie. All lies!! I would have respected the idiot more if he had told the truth..I did it for Dad.

G.W. was an idiot before 9/11 and still is. I know he will get alot of sympathy votes from those who truly believe God...you know the Christian one and only one.. is on our side. That will NOT be the case with me. I AM a liberal and proud of it. We are going too far to the right and it must end. When bidding comes up for NOV. I WILL take that day off, and hopefully there will be a celebration when THIS country has a regime change and king George is ousted

They are going after aerosmith with a vengeance says this rumor that came from a manager at a morning meeting, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least because they are firing mechanics at a unheard of rate for any little infraction.

If they do fire him I hope they realize he has every major news media source on his side and has been told by them to call if he encounters problems.
This will not play out well for this gentleman.

To all of our new visitors from the national media, welcome to our collective nightmare, the poster child for dysfunctional companies, known as U.

I'm sure it was a kick for "15 minutes of fame", but there will be conseqences. It is my hope that this gentleman can parlay his recent notoriety into something tangible and income producing before the jackals tear into his flesh.

Longtime readers should note the conspicuous absence of the most notorious U poster of all time... he's keeping a very, very low profile and don't you know he loves to say "who was the first to on this board to say.... blah blah blah." Perhaps he had nothing to "contribute". ;)

It's my opinion his controllers have told him to abstain for now as the sickle is being sharpened and will soon swing.

The media pressure will not be a factor in protecting or preserving anyone's job that chooses to speak out. There is no protection, only the peace of mind which comes from being true to yourself and your belief system, whatever the consequences.

If he does get fired, it'd probably be the best thing to happen. Sue the company for wrongful termination. Only problem is getting the judgement money in the bank before the company folds and Lakefield and his buddies get it.

As I said before, if any NDAs were violated, then suits for wrongful termination will be thrown out of court in a summary judgement.

Folks have it on good authority that the media is indeed watching what's going on with Aerosmith. If he is disciplined or fired all hell will break lose.

There is no way this management can terminate Aerosmith for coming on this site (which many many folks believe its a "rumor mill") and posting fact or rumor.

This is ludicrous and frivolous.

He has the RIGHT to come on here and say anything he wants.

AEROSMITH IS NOT BOUND BY ANY, AND I MEAN NADDA, SINGLE BIT OF CONFIDENTIALITY. He's never signed anything, nor is he bound by anything.

Those of you who want to waste your time "sensationalizing" this stuff, go at it!

Yup, something about non-disclosure agreements are going to come into play here.

Bryan Smith had better watch out....
ITRADE,

AEROSIMITH IS NOT BOUND TO ANY NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS!!!

This management better have more important things on their plates like making the September loan convenants!

If they have this kind of time on their hands, then OBVIOUSLY, they surely don't need any other labor groups at the damn, friggen, table, now do they, genius?

Sounds like a threat to me.

Wonder what Bruce Ashby would do in a case like this?

I'm not familiar with US's "ethics" or "conduct" policies...but this may be more of an issue of "how" he obtained the information. Was he in the employ of US when he gained "access" to the information. Was he assigned to work in the hangar where Kerry's aircraft was being decaled? Or did he just happen to hear about it and take a peek?

If I were Aerosmith, I'd have my attorney start taking a look at the company's policies regarding conduct and safeguarding company information.

Kerry's A/C has nothing to do with USAirways or the employees.

I heard that Aerosmith assumed this information was public when this a/c was in the hanger. He was only sharing it on this forum because he thought everyone knew, only that we posters didn't hear yet because it was not posted on this forum.

You guys all kill me....disclosure...my azzzz!

If management decides to pull some crap on this, I can asure you as sure as I'm sitting here that the media will be hearing from many of us on here along with the general public at large!!!!!! And it won't be about Kerry!

We should charge a dollar to view this page!!!! Lets see 65,000.00 towards the ATSB loan. NOt much but it would help. THis topic should be closed. BORING. YESTERDAYS NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NFS,

Who you trying to convince? Us? or YOU?

The Bush Administration is OUT THE DOOR, friend!
