I'm just curious does anybody have anything good to say about US on here? It just seems like everyone just complains and complains and complains. What's the deal? It's just an airline and if you work for US it is just a job! That's all! So who cares! Aren't there more important things in life to worry about than free Cokes or bags? You all talk about US like it's the end of the world. :lol: Or maybe that is the point of this board.

Being the joke of the industry, US Airways is great for a laugh! :lol: :lol: :lol:

I believe what some people may think is complaining is really other peoples way of trying to communicate their concerns to the company, because we all know the company trolls this board. If the company was at all concerned they would take these complaints serious, but they dont and fustrations build. But I do agree that there are some people on this board that state that they will never fly on US again but continue to spew venom towards the airline and we all know who they are....but it is their right to do so.
 
Hmm. Positive comment about USAir. Oh, here's one:

I flew them back in 1998 and their service was fantastic.

Seriously.......I've posted some positive comments about US here. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

US is not all bad. They just have some customer service issues that they need to work on. And for the most part, the employees are top notch.

It's really pathetic that the people on here make it a sport about complaining about US Airways. It makes you wonder about their lives. Is it that empty? They need to go outside and get some fresh air, read a book, interact with friends and family(I know that's a stretch) or get a hobby. The employees that do read this board point and laugh at how obsessed you all are. We work here and we try to make the best of it and hope for the best. The fixation that some posters on this board have with US is beyond creepy....

Your point is well taken. Members of this board take complaining to it's fullest form!
I have said it before and I will say it again; if you hate it so much and you are so miserable then why not leave?

Of course the response is always something along the lines of "I given this company the 20 best years of my life. . " So now they believe they are owned a living.

In this economy, many should be thankful they are employed. Because the reason they stay is they could not find a job w/equal pay and benefits any place else. Nuff said.

i myself have nothing positive to say ... i WAS looking forward to my increased pay raise in nov but that's now being overshadowed by far greater concerns ....

i can't accurately predict any timelines , but at the rate the world economy is washing away , i wouldn't put us airways survival past a year and a half …
 
I used to have plenty of good things to say about US. Despite all the problems over the past 8 or 9 years, they remained my preferred carrier until about 18 months ago.

In an attempt to keep this thread positive, I won't rehash what changed my mind, but it had mostly to do with the Sand Castle being caught in lie after lie.

We still try to point out areas of possible improvement to Tempe-and we continue to advocate for fair treatment of both employees and customers of US Airways. Unfortunately that is not a priority for your management, so we continue to be vocal.

US still has some of the best employees in the industry, and has routes which really make sense for me. It's unfortunate that management has actively encouraged me and many other formerly loyal customers to take our business elsewhere.

Beetlejuice, thanks for starting this thread--let's hope it can stay mostly positive.

Well, there’s all those gross Forest Bugs outside and girls won’t talk to me because of my weight, but my mom says I should get... ooops gotta go upstairs mom says dinner’s ready.
