Question 3

Page 15,

Accordingly, all fleet service fuelers on the carrier's eligibility list (estimated at appoximately 233) should be deemed ineligible---------

Why are you using estimates? Inflating the List?

Schaible and Cunningham do not have a clue what their talking about!
Cio. Your posts are getting even more pitiful than they usually are.

"Why are they using estimates?" you ask.

Well maybe its because they dont have access to all that company information as you claim.

"Inflating the list?" you ask.

This just shows how desperate you are. You are so wound up that you are confusing motives. Why would AMFA want to inflate the list?

Reading your posts is like observing a nervous breakdown.

Do you have a clue as to what you are writing?

As much trouble as the twu wannabes are having with the "LISTS", it's easy to see why it was so easy for them to negotiate the WORST contract in airline history!!
You guys amaze me. You'll be put out of your misery soon enough.

Keep the Faith......VOTE AMFA!!!!

Twist as you want! The 2458 is still an inflated number to object to! And the 133 is still a guess!

Question 4

Why did Amfa use a 1977 case to enforce their position when the NMB ruled in 2001 to include many of the names you are objecting to?

Who is stretching to have AA List altered?

Because the 2001 case is not as solid as you might think with the NMB.

If you had a clue, you would know this fact.

Bob, you point out to cio "Reading your posts is like observing a nervous breakdown."

There is a reason for his actions. It is because:

"THE twu SMELLS FERA... AND IT IS THEIR OWN!

With each passing day the twu comes closer to being removed from representing our craft & class at AA. But that is OK. The twu will still have the Casino Dealers and Bus Drivers.

The 2001 case has merit and will hold up!

AA submitted amended list excluding the 97 dups. Yet Amfa has put them on the paperwork submitted to the NMB. All I can figure is they are attempting to intimidate or play to the organizers.

Question 5

Why Did Amfa include these names after they were priviously eliminated? It seems to me the time could have been better spent?

I believe AMFA had already told the NMB about the 97 duplicate names in a letter to request an extension before AA removed the names.

Why waste time? Other than an attempt to cater to the organizers?

The Amfa protest list is still inflated. When all three finally get together, somewhere in the middle. I believe it will still be more than the list of cards Amfa has supplied!

Have A Great TWU Day!!!!!!

It is called not "trusting" management and the NMB.

It is called following the representational manual.

Just because the company admitted the error, does not mean they have been removed from the list.

This is just another example of how the TWU allows AA management to think and act for them.

No wonder we have the lowest average wage, and weakest language in the industry.

You're not much up on handling legal matters are you?

So what is it CIO, is AMFA setting up the organizers to "take the fall" or are they "catering" to them?

What makes you think they will settle "somewhere in the middle" when just a few short years ago when the TWU filed with the NMB for representation of the TWA workers they claimed the total was much closer to the figure given by AMFA. Its just common sense that the numbers would be lower through attrition, not over 4000 higher as the TWU claims.
