Judge silver's ruling applies to usapa. Judge silver also said that usapa inherited everything from ALPA. The APA will inherit duties from usapa.

Using that logic we are all on the hook for the TWA DFR verdict against ALPA. I mean, we were members of ALPA then(well a lot of westies weren't, but your pilot group was), and you say that a successor union inherits liability, so I will have to write a check to ALPA, right?
