Well a litttle bit of good news alot of the boys and girls have dug into this MOU and find it to be much like our old LOA93 so much vague language and alot of things that could hurt us down the road. I'm hearing more and more no votes which is great.

That said.........I'm leaning 90% toward a NO vote. Just haven't pulled the trigger until I personally witness the NAC show.

It looks as if Silva is targeting the North American market, with 2350 new jets. How does that compare to the entire R-J lift now being operated? The ONLY WAY that happens is if United, Delta, and American succeed in carving out the scope clauses in their contracts, which means that if you are flying what is considered “mainline” aircraft today, you will be likely furloughed out to fly in one of many outsourcing operations that will all bid against one another for work. http://www.operationorange.org/2012/06/a-declaration-of-war/ Read before you vote, Give away Gary, Scope and the BEST C of C in the industry and nothing in return.

Someone answer this. Jcba. Will this be a whole new agreement. Or is it essentially apa contact 2012. With the 87million. Dollar revisions? Forget if apa already agreed to what joint contract would be?

As to us. Mou gets voted in. That puts us on apa contract. But no timeline of implementation? How's that going to work?

Any details on their qualify in turn section? Once you are able to hold higher status you must bid that status. You can defer for 30 months then your off to training. Is this equipment specific. Or. Once an f/o can hold capt in his base he must bid over? Or what exactly is this little thing. Would seem to me it would cause a bit of a shakeup of the east list over the next few years

This MOU will pass 78% in favor. 10% won't vote, 12% vote no.

I would almost luv to see Parker as he said in one of the crew news video, we will keep the "dominant widebody fleet" and sell your 330's to HA or DAL, kind of shooting yourself in the foot, think your pay protected or you can go to and AMR plane think again..

I think you are on the high side of the yes vote, I thought that also till everyone is digging in to this and sees how it sucks, hey how's all that "extra" vacation you got in the MOU?

Isn't it hysterical how the East is ALWAYS on the losing side? The BK APA pilot is getting a hell of a lot more than you because they have unity and leverage. USAPA has been neutered...that much should be plainly obvious. Nobody NEEDS anything from USAPA so you get a pittance of what the Bankrupt guys get. IMO you're still being over paid. If I were you I'd just vote yes and kiss Parker's feet for the generosity. You've EARNED the disparate treatment.
