Why don't you put words in your mouth. Besides some kind of perceived "injustice" in arriving at this MOU, what SPECIFIC problems do you have with it? I'd really like to know. It doesn't look terrible to me, but I'm not sure that I've seen this from all angles yet. Just being negative because your team isn't running the show isn't very constructive. How about some real, constructive criticism?
